Patient ID and Report ID will be extracted from the PDF.
The QR link is generated from the Report ID. Both fields are editable.
Automatically uses https://report.hearteye.workers.dev/report?enc= followed by the Report ID. You may override this with arbitrary QR content. Editing the Report ID updates the link automatically.

Printer setup: Use a Brother DK-22205 62 mm continuous roll (or compatible stock). Set paper width to 62 mm and use the ticket length shown below (continuous roll), scaling 100%, margins none, and select the Brother QL-800. Browser printing opens the normal print dialogue.
Ticket length automatically adjusts to the details entered and includes a 7 mm blank safety margin at the bottom of the ticket; no extra printer margin is needed. When printing private report links, hand each ticket only to the intended patient.
